Dubai: On the outside the house, Kautilya Katariya is just like any usual eight-yr old boy – playful and curious. But he is no ordinary child as he retains the title of being the world’s youngest personal computer programmer. And when he spoke at the Environment Authorities Summit at Expo 2020 Dubai on Wednesday, he did so with authority and maturity.

Kautilya, who became the Guinness entire world record holder for ‘youngest laptop or computer programmer’ at the age of six, claimed for governments to condition the long term, they need to initially “shape the future generation – the youth – who will form the government in the future”.

“Governments should develop and assist tech abilities. Give us advice and way to condition the long run,” he claimed with a tender but agency voice.

Addressing world-wide delegates
